The easy way to report maintenance requests and find quick fixes!
FixFlo is available 24/7 online, as a mobile app. Any issues around the house, simply download the app, go through the diagnostic steps and either fix the problem yourself, or log with your Development Manager. You can monitor the status of your request, communicate with your Development Manager, and rate our contractors once the work is done.

Bringing along your furry friend?
At Newtown Living we know how important your pets are, so we welcome them at no additional cost. If you’re thinking of welcoming a furry friend to your family, then you will need to fill out a pet application form You must obtain permission and apply for them beforehand.
Time for a change?
We want you to feel at home with Newtown Living and many of our residents stay with us for many years, so we have created a form which makes it easy for you to request to make alterations around your home. From adding some colour to your walls to putting up a TV bracket, simply fill out the alteration request form and send it to your Development Manager. It is important that you gain written permission before carrying out any alterations, without permission you will be in breach of your tenancy agreement.
Your Development Manager will review the details of your request and confirm if this has been accepted and whether we require you to change alterations back to their original state if you ever decide to move out
